The booking will be accompanied by written confirmation and the data must be provided complete with at least one valid credit card.
Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay are asked to communicate their wish during the confirmation phase as well as promptly communicating the details of the same, otherwise the receipt will be issued.

Cancellation of the reservation must be sent in writing, penalty may be applied.

The rooms have: Double bed/Twin beds, Smart TV, Mini-bar, Free Wifi in all areas, Air conditioning.
Rates include Bed and Breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00. In case of special needs, breakfast can be requested in the room, in this case you will find everything you need to be able to eat breakfast independently.
The rooms are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure. In case of different needs, the reception staff must be informed at the time of booking.
The reception is not open at fixed times, the staff can be reached by telephone.

Check-in is available from 4pm to 6pm, if guests arrive after this time, the keys will be left in a special safe and instructions for accessing the rooms will be communicated.
